Our Appointment Cancelation Policy

We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.

No-shows will incur 100% of your appointment cost.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients.

We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
